Let me start by saying that Aaron Morrow wasn’t the first realtor that went with. We had been in the market for a few months and had been shown many nice homes by a part-time realtor. The results varied from houses we wanted but couldn’t get, and houses we could afford but didn’t want. Then we were refered to Aaron by one of our friends who had had many of the same problems while looking for their new home. I can not express differences strongly enough. Right from the start we were so Happy with his professionalism, his customer appreciation, and his results. He gave us so many great houses to look at the very next day. There is no excuse for failing to retain the best possible realtor. This is especially true in an exceedingly challenging real estate market. It is one of the few important variables you control. If you want to give yourself the best chance of securing the best possible deal, retain Aaron Morrow. He is tremendous. Knows his stuff. Tireless worker. Very savvy technically, and knows how to reach target markets, including elusive ones. We even listed our Dallas home in countries like Brazil on account of an appreciating Real (vis a vis the U.S. dollar) and the resulting Brazilian appetite for U.S. real estate.
